![]() Here is another Disneyland Paris partner hotel review! I stayed at the Vienna House Dream Castle Hotel back in April 2019 for the first time, and here's my thoughts! Was it worth it? Was it better than the HiPark Val'd Europe hotel? (All photos of the hotel shown in this blog are from Google. They are not my own!) Proximity to the parks: 3/5 starsThis is the second partner hotel I've stayed at, and if you know me I'm all for saving money by staying at these hotels when visiting Disneyland Paris! This grand, castle-themed hotel is situated outside of the parks, and is pretty cute if I don't say myself. I gave the hotel location 3 out of 5 because it is at a distance where you would have to take the free bus to the parks- it would take a while to walk! This isn't necessarily a bad thing but there are partner hotels (like Hipark for example) which are walking distance and better convenience compared to this Castle hotel. If you want to read my HiPark Val'd Europe hotel review click here> HiPark Review Here is a google map photo showing the distance between this hotel and the parks, as well as with other partner and onsite hotels. You can see the difference in price too! The room: 3.5/5 starsDon't get me wrong the room had everything we needed and it was clean when we arrived, however it wasn't a 'wow' room. It was a good room just to sleep and get ready. There was four of us sharing the room, and was a good size for all of our things. There was a big double bed and a bunkbed, with a decent sized bathroom. The outside of the building really did it for me. It was so pretty and grand. I didn't get any actual photos of the room and the building, however here's some photos off the internet. Facilities: 4/5 starsThe facilities were just what we needed. The bed was comfy, everything worked fine in the room and check in was quick too. The buses however did sometimes take longer than expected to arrive, and they could get very busy during peak times. Again because the hotel is further away we only took the buses, unlike staying at HiPark where you had the option to walk too. Overall: 4/5 starsThis hotel is great for staying offsite, especially if you like the whole 'castle-theme', however because I have stayed at another partner hotel which is more modern and closer I have ranked it lower. Also, the Vienna House Hotel is normally more expensive than the HiPark Hotel, and in my opinion I would rather pay less and be closer to the parks. I do prefer HiPark hotel more, but I am glad I got to stay at another Disneyland Paris partner hotel.
There you have it! My honest opinion on the Vienna House Dream Castle Hotel. I hope it was helpful for anyone wondering about this hotel, and make sure to check out my other Disney reviews in my "Disney Planning" blog category! See y'all real soon for another blog post coming Friday! Lidia x
